Toxic Tech Culture: When Big Business Fosters Hate The United States Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) has found that Cisco may have violated the civil rights of Middle Eastern and Muslim employees.
The allegations against the company, which include harassment and retaliation, paint a disturbing picture of an environment where dissenting voices are silenced and hate speech is tolerated.
The EEOC's investigation was sparked by a complaint filed in December 2024 by a group called "Bridge to Humanity" (B2H), who had been voicing concerns about Cisco's technology being used by the Israeli military.
